Centrelink is Australia’s largest, Federal Government agency. It delivers a wide range of services, programs and payments for Australian government departments.
With over 24,000 staff, the task of aligning the whole organisation to common objectives is significant. Communication, internal and external to the organisation, is vital. This is the responsibility of the Communications and Marketing department of Centrelink.
Centrelink has long been a proponent of the use of the Balanced Scorecard to manage performance.
